Where do I purchase your pottery?
There are a couple of different places you can purchase my pottery:
1. Here on my website.
2. Local craft shows.
3. Open studio sales at my home.
Keep a watch on my social media platforms for updates on when inventory will be restocked.
Do you accept custom orders?
Right now, I am focusing on my ready-made pottery collections and aren’t taking custom orders. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. My current collection showcases a variety of styles and designs, and I’d love for you to explore what I have available.
If you need help choosing from my existing selection, feel free to reach out. I’m here to assist you in finding the perfect piece for your needs.
What is your return policy?
As individual tastes vary, I am unable to accommodate returns solely due to personal preference. If, however, an item arrives damaged or defective, I am committed to resolving the issue promptly! To be eligible for a return due to damage or defects, please contact me within three days of the pottery’s arrival.
Please rest assured that every piece of pottery leaving my studio is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipment to ensure it meets my standards . Please contact me at velveteenpottery@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and I will assist you accordingly.

Are your glazes food safe?
Yes! All glazes are lead-free and food-safe.
Where do you ship?
Currently only in the US but I am hoping to expand worldwide someday.
Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Being a mom of 4 kiddos, I’d never make anything that requires hand washing! *Cue laughing!* but yes, they are dishwasher and microwave safe!
Please take note that the vessel will take on whatever temperature is added.
