Return Policy:
As individual tastes vary, I am unable to accommodate returns solely due to personal preference. If, however, an item arrives damaged or defective, I am committed to resolving the issue promptly! To be eligible for a return due to damage or defects, please contact me within three days of the pottery’s arrival.
Please rest assured that every piece of pottery leaving my studio is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipment to ensure it meets my standards . Please contact me at velveteenpottery@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and I will assist you accordingly.

- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of use or damage not due to handcraft defects.
4. Refunds or Exchanges:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, I will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to a handcrafted defect or error on my part.

- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me with in 3 days of arrival with photos of the damage.
- I will work swiftly to either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
