REBEKAH TARBERT IRWIN
Rebekah is a potter, business owner, wife, mother, and devoted follower of Jesus. She fell in love with pottery in high school, thanks to a teacher who nurtured her passion. After losing her first husband, Adam, in 2019, pottery became a gift from God—a way to heal, create, and provide for her children. That passion grew into Velveteen Pottery, a business built on restoration and faith.
Widowed at 33, Rebekah and her children found healing through prayer and equine therapy, working with horses to process grief. Two years later, she met Jeremy, and in 2022, they married, building a life centered on faith, family, and hard work. A homeschooling mother of four, she also holds an MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology and cherishes the opportunity to pour into her children’s education and faith.
When she’s not in her pottery studio, you’ll find her gardening, beekeeping, or trail riding with her daughter. She and Jeremy dream of owning a farm where they can continue to grow, create, and steward God’s blessings. More than anything, Rebekah wants to leave a legacy of faith—one that ensures she sees her great-grandbabies in heaven. Through her art and her life, she encourages others to trust the process, embrace life’s refining seasons, and find beauty even in brokenness.
