Shipping policy
To ensure your handmade pottery arrives in perfect condition, I kindly request the following:
- Inspection Window: Upon receipt of your package, please inspect the contents within 24 hours. This allows me to address any issues promptly if the pottery has been damaged during shipping.
- Damage Reporting: If you notice any damage:
- Take clear photos of the packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged item.
- Contact me immediately (velveteenpottery@gmail.com) with the photos and a brief description of the issue.
- Claims Beyond the Inspection Window: Claims made after the initial 24 hours will not be eligible for replacements or refund, as I cannot verify the condition of the item upon delivery.
