Each mug arrives at the perfect time—just as the season unfolds—ensuring you can sip in style with a piece that complements the time of year.

No Cancellations: To maintain the flow of seasonal deliveries, cancellations after enrollment are not accepted.

Quality Assurance: Every mug is handcrafted to meet the highest standards, ensuring a delightful unboxing experience.

No Customization: Mug Club designs are pre-selected and not available for individual customization.

Want to experience the Mug Club with friends or family? You can split the cost with a small group and share the seasonal mugs!

One Payment, One Address: A single payment per membership is required, and all mugs will be shipped to one designated address for easy distribution.

If you need shipping, once Mug Club is purchased, please email me within 24 hours so I can send you a PayPal invoice for shipping. Shipping is $60 total for all four shipments, plus a 3% PayPal fee.

Important: Shipping is only available for the full set of mugs. I’m not able to ship one, two, or three mugs individually.

If I don’t hear from you, I’ll assume you’re planning to pick up locally.

About a week before each mug is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details. If you can’t make the scheduled pickup, just connect with me and we can coordinate pickup!

As every mug is handcrafted, returns for personal preference cannot be accommodated. However, if your mug arrives damaged or defective, I will work quickly to resolve the issue.
