Because love like this is quiet strength.
It doesn’t compete with the noise.
It redeems the jagged edges it touches.
🌿
Because love like this is refined.
It doesn’t mirror the hardness around it.
It smooths what’s broken with grace.
🌿
Because love like this is soft.
It’s not loud.
It changes the atmosphere instead of matching it.
🌿
Where the world says, “Build walls, get harder, grow colder,” Jesus whispers:
“Stay soft. Stay rooted in Me. Let love be your answer.”
So yes—
Let them.
Let Me.
And always—Love them anyways.

Do you accept custom orders?

Right now, I am focusing on my ready-made pottery collections and aren’t taking custom orders. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. My current collection showcases a variety of styles and designs, and I’d love for you to explore what I have available.

Yes! All glazes are lead-free and food-safe.

Where do you ship?

Currently only in the US but I am hoping to expand worldwide someday.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Being a mom of 4 kiddos, I’d never make anything that requires hand washing!  *Cue laughing!*  but yes, they are dishwasher and microwave safe!

Please take note that the vessel will take on whatever temperature is added.

About The Potter

REBEKAH TARBERT IRWIN

My journey began during my high school years, when a remarkable ceramics teacher recognized my passion and nurtured it with exceptional skill, as all great educators do. Following high school, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, specializing in Gerontology. This led me to venture into a Master’s program in Clinical Exercise Physiology, which became my chosen professional path where I worked in a local hospital in the cardiac rehab unit, both inpatient and outpatient.

After welcoming my four children into the world, I reignited the creative flame that had always burned within me. It was in 2019 that The Velveteen Artisan (now Velveteen Pottery) came to life, as I embraced the medium of clay once again. Little did I know that God, in His wisdom, had a grand plan in store. Eight months later, I unexpectedly became a widow, and during that challenging time, He provided me with the opportunity to work from home and raise my children.

But God had another beautiful plan that I had fervently prayed for. I crossed paths with my now husband, a man who loves not only me but also my children and my business. He became the best friend that God knew I needed, and in 2022, we got marriage, eagerly anticipating a life intertwined together.
